Have you tried searching for Team Sonic Racing? I did that at midnight BST and had it downloading before it was actually listed at 1am.

ever any chance for a new outrun? or backwards compatibility on xbox one ☓ with outrun 2 and sega rally online arcade?

Only chance of that ever happening is if SEGA renewed the Ferrari licence. Given that they have continued to release OutRun on the 3DS and Switch, but with tweaks to the car models and Prancing Horse motif, I don't see that happening any time soon.

multiplayer mode is very unstable, disconnection in full party, game search very long with disconnection also

It's probably just a lot of people heading online overflowing the servers just give it a few days and it should stabilize and fix the problem
