    Ops Update: This is a rare one for us, but Edelweiss Chair at Alpental will be on a wind hold until at least 10am. Gusts are hitting over 100mph at times at the top. We will reassess at 10am. Due to avalanche concerns in Shot 6 the Cascade Traverse will be closed.

    Ops Update: Alpental will be temporarily closed Friday, January 31 due to expected heavy rain overnight and into tomorrow. We plan to reopen Alpental on Saturday. Thankfully the forecast is calling for the return of snow this weekend.

    Edelweiss Chair at Alpental is currently on hold due to freezing rain. Our crews will continue to deice and evaluate throughout the day. We'll reopen it as soon as possible.
