Yeah except when he was going off on how there will be zero cases of covid in April and that we are all exaggerating, full well knowing the damage that was going to do.

It's not what he calls himself. He's literally chief engineer, all other engineers go through him. If NASA put their trust in his expertise that's better than any degree or license. There's a reason Jeff Bezos hasn't been able to reach orbit yet despite starting BO before SpaceX

He also doesn’t have to write the PPE exam to work for his own company, so long as the products aren’t being used for the public. He also most definitely has tons of P.Eng’s working for him who can sign off. Doesn’t need to have a “license”.
