Hi @TeamYouTube this channel https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCrTOpfQbGw7aFy32HNUSSRQ …
Has extremely defamatory content and is bullying me relentlessly. I’ve reported the channel to @LangleyRCMP as well. What can we do to have it removed? It’s essentially a channel to harass people and trans people like myself.

@TeamYouTube could you please look into this..this person asked to have an account reported for “bullying”.@TeamYouTube did remove the channel, but for copyright claims which@trustednerd admits to filing.@trustednerd misused the YT system and lied to have the channel removed.5 replies 6 retweets 59 likes -
Never lied...

So, why did you report him for copyright claims instead of bullying?

Replying to @StumpfJudy @trustednerd and
Because DMCA requests are the YT low hanging fruit especially when using people's photos and videos without permission that may fall outside fair use.

So, you lied because DMCA claims were “easier”. Gotcha.

I don't specifically know what the copyright claims are that were made, but one thing I had observed is how he was using Jessica's photos and videos (one's he didn't take) without permission. I'd recommend his other victims using the same tactic now as well.

Ok. So why wouldn’t Jessica ask everyone to file DMCA claims instead of reporting them for harassment and bullying, especially if, as you say, the DMCA claims are “low hanging fruit”?

That is a good question. I would have gone straight for the copyright infringement.

Could it be that Jessica likes to be a victim and get attention and being a victim of LGTBQ harassment and bullying is much more interesting than copyright infringement?
