Yes it is. If it was a group meeting in person, no matter the size, to commiserate and imagine ‘justice’ it would be a movement. /r/incel and /pol/ are breeding grounds for active measures. No different than the ill attended cafes of Sarajevo and Bilgrade circa 1912-14.
