Just hit 10,000 miles of runs logged on @Strava since I started using it in 2014. 1500 runs blimey. Here’s a screenshot of the 1st run I did on Strava back in 2014. Lot of good times out there on the road & trail! I feel very thankful for all it’s given me.

We compared last year’s to 2022, and the high of 74° (compared to last year’s 55°) led to some late-race carnage for athletes. TL;DR, this year’s race was hard, and if you PRed: you deserve some extra kudos 👏

On Sunday La Super Planche des Belles Filles strikes again! The women will end their 8th and final stage of racing up the roughly 7km climb that features a gravel sector and pitches of 20% and 24%. It’s a must-watch and promises exciting racing from start to finish.
