January was a fantastic month. An accountant got employed in a solid firm because she/he knew how to use our world class software. We look forward to producing thousands of similar jobs between now and next 3 years. Watch out!!! We ain't taking it easy, we hitting it very hard

Instead, focus on finding a solution to those imperfections. You were employed to be a solution provider not a liability. It takes some level of entitlement for you to complain of the same things that necessitated your services in the first place.

I think it's totally foolish for one to be employed in an organization and then complain endlessly about the imperfections of that organization. If those imperfections were not there in the first place, you would never have been considered.

One reason 'old cargoes' are not employable is becos they resist change or are averse to innovation which produce progress. Instead of been caught up with change, create the change, change the rules: this gives you some level of indispensability. Become the change master.
