If I recall, dust won't spiral into planetary accretion disks in 4D. To do so, it needs 1 rotation axis, with all other dims perpendicular.

In 3D, a random dust cloud will have some net angular momentum. As dust orbiting center of mass collides, all out-of-plane momentum cancels.
