    I can't give up on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion is because I know many organizers do this as their day job. These are people who could introduce movement work in a big way, but they are hampered by corporate schills and lumped in with them. I have to believe it can change

    Check this map ⬇️ for your community transmission level like you check the weather in the AM “High” risk = 😷 indoors (even if you’re vaccinated). Then, read this whole thread to understand WHY. As says, we all have a stake in this.

    F) How do you know what the transmission level is? & team have put out this helpful graphic to help you look at transmission where you live. All you have to do is pop in your county. PRO TIP! Check this every AM like you check the weather.

    I read that letter about what happened at the STL County Council meeting this week and it just honestly made me sad. My mother told me recently that she received only one piece of advice when she immigrated here, "to speak good English" but even then people will disrespect you

    last night I woke up to the sound of gunfire on my block and my landlord, who lives in our duplex above me, found that a bullet went through one of his windows. I'm a bit shook by it but grateful that the dog (she likes to sleep by the front window) and my neighbors seem to be ok

    A mask mandate in St. Louis and St. Louis County goes into effect today. It requires all residents over the age of 5 (even those who have received the COVID-19 vaccine) to wear masks in indoor public places to prevent the coronavirus from spreading.
