When it says " Weapons sold for Conquest by Zo'sorg in Oribos will not require additional Achievements to purchase" what does this actually mean

Ret got fucked and not just one ability but almost across the board. Complete overreaction ret was the one class you could completely outplay even with their "burst" they are slow and you know when they are ramping up with GIANT WINGS for fucks sake.

Double tap nerf is fine but base aimed shot dmg is not okay, it's not even very hard hitting without crit + resonating arrow.
