That's Integration. Large scale societal trauma also introduces noise into our psyches. The difference is that a psychedelic has an endpoint even the big ones like Iboga (24 hours). With our current challenge it is not ending any time soon. So we have to integrate constantly

If you can focus on winning i.e. Integration you will become antifragile. If not prepare to become constantly fragile. Antifragility is not comfortable, not in the least. If you want to be comfortable you chose the wrong generation to be born in.

I find that a shamanic meditation with drums can help with integration. Follow it up with journaling for deeper understanding.
