    I also understand delivery companies are under insane pressure in this modern "deliver to my house now" world we live in but add resources if you need to people. Also kudos to and for swift, secure and well communicated deliveries recently.

    Like it was kicked about and sat on. I believe this is partially Amazon's fault as there was a lot of empty space in the box so your packaging could be improved and partly Hermes fault - the driver was using their own car by the looks of it and probably had things dumped on it.

    I was going to leave it but it occurs to me that and won't improve unless ppl feedback their service. The first package was delivered with a "left on your porch" email. Hermes didn't even bother to go up stairs and post the card. The second package looks

    It's been an interesting day of deliveries for me today. Ordered parts to build a new PC and so far I've had 2 PC Cases delivered instead of one. Then I got a delivery from Amazon that looked like Ace Ventura delivered it - prompting mild panic as it contained the board & CPU.
