@TeamYouTube I recently moved my channel to a brand account. When I try to claim my old channel URL, /c/stevoisiak, it says it's already taken.
Bizarrely, my settings claim I don't have a custom url, but visiting https://www.youtube.com/c/stevoisiak displays the videos from my new channel.
The URL of my original channel was https://www.youtube.com/c/stevoisiak The URL of my new brand account is https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC0iyigkd9C5FbB6Z-dbNVtA … Both URL seem to direct to the same channel, but when a user clicks my channel, the are directed to the long URL, instead of the custom one.

Appreciate the additional info – custom URL's can only be linked to one channel at a time. For your new brand account to take over it, you'll have to remove it from the original channel and claim it on the new brand account. Here's how: https://yt.be/help/4moa

My original channel no longer exists. It was deleted when I made the transfer. Both URLs are redirecting to the same channel, but YouTube isn’t recognizing it as my URL for some reason.
