Today we celebrated Minnesota and Norway’s strong, time-tested military relationship. For 50 years, NOREX has allowed our National Guard & the Norwegian Home Guards to participate in field training exercises on both sides of the Atlantic. Now, we’re broadening this partnership.

And now my students are going to meet the guy who built this guitar! I took a @TeachRock lesson about letting students designing electric guitars, modified it to teach Adam Smith's principles of economics and now @WoodyWoodcaster is going to Zoom with my students. 🔥🔥🔥 twitter.com/WoodyWoodcaste…

WTF!! China flew balloons over US when Trump in office but Trump concealed it -until now that is! Trump concealed this while Ivanka Trump was getting trademarks from Chinese govt. Did Trump allow them in exchange for the trademarks?! We need Hearings!!

If you’re upset about a Chinese spy balloon 60,000 feet in the air, wait until I tell you about the time a sitting U.S. president and a whole bunch of Republicans tried to overturn an election and overthrow our government with a deadly insurrection right here on the ground.

WHY let spy balloon in our space? 1) It was 18.5 miles up, almost in space. 2) it sends data link to PRC. We can intercept that & learn what China knows. We can jam it so they see nothing new. 3) The collection system is ours & can reconstruct it.They lose asset & we win spy game

Nice one Jo. Sounds like a Bert Berns composition but isn’t unless B Parker is another of his pseudonyms.

Dear Apple, how about for the next upgrade you make a phone that can be seen in the sunlight? And has a spell correct that spells words correctly! And maybe worry a little bit less about another improvement to the ferkakta camera! Thank you. Yours truly, Sunblind.

1923: Hitler’s coup failed. No real consequences, no changes. 10 years later he and his co-conspirators took over Germany. 2021: Trump’s coup failed. No real consequences, no changes. 2 years later he is running for president and his co-conspirators are members of Congress.

Gotta say the KC defense rose above tonight. 4 sacks in the first half, right? The Cincy offensive line are no joke. KC earned this one in spite of the unfortunate ending.

The only thing better than when another teacher wants to check out your lesson, is when that lesson will help educate others and spread the word about Leonard Peltier. #FreeLeonardPeltier Thank you @shields_dylan for wanting to help educate others and spread the word. twitter.com/shields_dylan/…

Nicholas Winton helped 669 Jewish children escape the Nazis. His efforts went unrecognized for 50 years. Then in 1988, while sitting as a member of a TV audience, he suddenly found himself surrounded by the kids he’d rescued, now adults. I like to remember this every Jan 27th.

45 years ago I played in a 50's revival show - think Sha Na Na. Well, our keyboard player wasn't happy with his Fender Rhodes sound. So, he bought an upright piano. We used a converted school bus so every show we had to lift that mfer into the back. Ugh.

The real challenge for the Garage bands that could afford it was when the organ player graduated from the Vox or Farfisa to the B-3. That was the killer. I still remember helping the Allman Bros carrying that thing up a big flight of stairs in Richmond when we played with them.

Why a guitarist friend used to say, "Wish I'd taken up the piccolo."
