Yeah, we leave the Asians off the graph in my overwhelmingly white university town where there are twice as many Asians as blacks.
2 things: 1. The performance gap is less pronounced if you exclude Asians. 2. What the gap is between Asians & white students? When Asians clearly outperform whites will they be moved down so that the chart will read "Asians" & "Whites + Students of Color"
Hispanics will probably be next.
