The program would end Dec. 31, 2021, and would be *retroactive* to Jan. 1, 2020. So I *think* that means you’d get two years of $4,000 tax credits?

Unlike a lot of tax credits (children, the pandemic stimulus checks, etc.) which phase out at higher incomes, I don't see an income cap in the bill.

Nope but it'll be the lower income essential workers that will be serving them so at least they get to feel like they're a part of the vacation
