it doesn't help that that horrid photo is mis-captioned. "...is ground and used in traditional cures for sexual dysfunction in Asia." Traditional "Cures"? Really? It is a cure? No it is not.

That caption was provided with the original photo. It's true that TCM uses rhino horn predominantly for other reasons, such as treating cancer or hangovers (see
@sciam 7Apr2017). It doesn't work for any of these either.
