Well, you’re going to have to do a lot more biz dev than that. But for starters, just saying on Twitter that you work with Gatsby, and getting some people to reply to your post is good enough. Keep at it!

I sometimes wonder if I should build a product driven business or a freelance business which is many cases is harder bc you’re selling a service. What do you do for side income?

I’ve been freelancing since 2015, full time. Productized services come once you’ve freelanced for a while and solve problems for people in a certain way. You try to automate that process to save your clients time and money. I’m barely getting into that, now. It takes time.

But if you think you might have something really awesome, don’t take my word for it, give it a shot! Create that product and try to market it. Just don’t forget the marketing part. If they don’t know you’ve “built it”, they won’t come.
