Awesome new ACT video by the equally awesome Mark Freeman, based on a story from my own childhood. I tell it in A Liberated Mind because it is a good metaphor for a key part of the psychological flexibility model: running from the dinosaur. Check it out!

Ultra cool new study with a good sized population of Vets followed for a year shows that personality and injury impacts long term adjustment but does so through this key modifiable factor: psychological flexibility. Bottom line? PF = resilience. Awesome.

ACT is on the front cover of the TED website today, with a section taken out of A Liberated Mind (). The section it is under? “Science.” Maybe its ego but my first thought: putting ACT in that section was just the coolest thing.
