This is the danger of NG working along side police to control civil disobedience situations. It sends the wrong message about service members. This is also exacerbated by the militarizing of civilian police in recent decades.
Typical cops, their city is under attack and they run off to the safest neighborhood in town, a whole army of them off to attack moms in the suberbs! "Fire control! Light that mom up!". Riots the other direction boys.

Their vests say police, so yeah, pretty sure it's not the National Guard.
