Interesting how black incarceration rates are more similar than white incarceration rates across the major counties of California. http://www.unz.com/isteve/incarceration-rates-by-race-in-california-counties/ …pic.twitter.com/qPPS2ucRrW

And here are the racial ratios of incarceration rates (per capita) across California's bigger counties: eg, blacks are incarcerated 9.3 times as often as non-Hispanic whites in California as a whole, while blacks are locked up 58.3 times as much as Asians http://www.unz.com/isteve/incarceration-rates-by-race-in-california-counties/ …pic.twitter.com/hbb0sWX7xh

Riverside doesn't surprise me but Kern does.

Didn't think there were that many blacks in Riverside.

That is what I thought about Contra Costa County. I found myself wondering what was the ratio of the scale to the actual population.

That chart tells you a lot about the quality of ethnics in the different parts of California. Kern, Riverside, San Berdoo counties have a lot of white trash; the few blacks left in SF are largely concentrated in rough ghettoes.

Interesting that black incarceration rate is so relatively low in Contra Costa: largest black concentration is in rough Richmond / N. Richmond. Guess it's balanced out by middle-class blacks in other parts of the county, though its nicest areas are overwhelmingly white & Asian.

Lower IQ means correlate to higher incarceration rates. Translation: If your on the left side of the bell curve of stupidity, your going to do sh!t that gets you locked up.pic.twitter.com/BzTOO5kY04

Let's cut to the chase. If you had the power, what policies would you enact?

No police you enact will override the genetics of an individual to act like someone they are not.

"Stupid is as stupid does" FBI crime stats will show the same results @Steve_Sailer showed in the OP. For me it is simple, to protect my family I choose to isolate myself from violent crime prone types. Race is real. Safeguard yourself with the facts or ignore them at your peril.

Stats show you're most likely to be murdered by your own family or people you know.

Concur. Proximity is key. When 13% of population committs 56% of all violent crime in the US one has to take notice. One should limit exposure to left side bell curve types.

In 2011, in incidents of murder for which the relationships of murder victims and offenders were known, 54.3 percent were killed by someone they knew (acquaintance, neighbor, friend, boyfriend, etc.); 24.8 percent of victims were slain by family members.
