Who is right about black student law school performance? Penn law prof @AmyWax or the conventional wisdom? http://www.unz.com/isteve/amy-wax-crimethinker/ … From a brief submitted to the Supreme Court by the Law School Admission Council on why law schools must use racial quotas to admit enough blacks:pic.twitter.com/IT6OlsCjEx

In 2010, only 63 black law school applicants in entire USA had LSAT >= 165 _and_ undergrad GPA >= 3.5 But at #AmyWax's Penn LS, the #7 law school, median LSAT is 169 and GPA 3.9. So how many Penn-quality blacks left after HYS etc. have their pick? http://www.unz.com/isteve/amy-wax-crimethinker/ …pic.twitter.com/l8QDmVhVDl

IQ differences between Asians, Whites, Hispanics and Blacks are well know. We have tons of data, all consistent. Why is this news?

Hey Pinky- guess what they call the student who graduates last in his med school class? Doctor! It's a specious argument- guess what 75% of the white students also didn't graduate in the top quartile. Grade distribution = a bellcurve - look it up.

Minority students are over this specious argument- what about the other 75% of white students who also don't graduate in the top quartile? Anybody ever ask about them? Come on people ever heard of a bellcurve!

versus the 99% + black students that don't make the top quarter.

My point’s still valid. Sidenote: do you understand probabilities? If class has 170 white students and six 6 black students what’s probablilty of 6 out of 176 versus 170 out of 176? Besides Passing = sit for bar exam = lawyer.
