“People’s College of Law.” You can’t make that shit up. He should get a restricted law license, one that allows him to practice only in the People’s Court.

Meh. They can go be HR professionals. Seriously, America has enough slip & fall lawyers who did pass the bar but can't find a seat at a firm. Shows like The Good Fight aren't helping things by puffing up expectations of minorities, much less those who can't pass the bar.

What America needs is more "HF professionals."

High-Frequency? Seriously, HR is a typical dumping ground for non-practising law degree recipients.

But not testing so early that they miss out on at least one year of law school tuition. The spice must flow!

Tuition at the unaccredited schools is a big factor - I've seen as cheap as 20k for 3 years. Given the number of 40-something attorneys I work with who are still paying off loans, autodidacts can save big. But to those considering, you have to be exceptional to have a good shot.

We have some unaccredited schools with a decent pass rate, FWIW. Baby Bar serves a useful purpose. Every once in awhile even CA does something right.

There are fewer and fewer things that California does right. Soon you can expect disparate impact analysis to be mandated for all those taking the bar. Government will have equality of outcomes. Except for the Warriors roster.
