Prof Amy Wax says that black students at Penn law school “rarely” graduate in the top half of the class, and so the Dean counters by saying black students “have” graduated in the top half of the class. He's not exactly refuting her, is he? http://www.unz.com/isteve/amy-wax-crimethinker/ …https://twitter.com/LBLRLST/status/974493929348435968 …

I'm not aware of a more recent analysis like this for public consumption, but I'm pretty sure things are pretty much the same right now because pipeline dynamics haven't changed appreciably and AA still very much active.

Stereotyping people is wrong. You racists love to say you're only telling the truth but all you reveal is your own sickness. Skin color does not determine intelligence. What scientific theory would account for it??

There was no stereotyping here. The issue being discussed is the academic performance of a specific group at a specific institution.

That's not what the dean was quoted as saying. The NYT article quotes him: "Black students have graduated in the top of the class at Penn Law." Also, this was apparently in response to the first half of Wax's sentence: that she'd NEVER seen a black graduate in the top QUARTER
