At this rate, just wait another 5 years until Roxbury inevitably gentrifies as hard as Southie did and the Globe, if it's even around anymore, runs 10x as many hand-wringing longforms bemoaning the loss of Roxbury's """vibrant""" identity as they ever did for Charlestown.

Randolph's a lost cause and has been for over a decade now. Honestly, as long as the Boston economy continues on its current trajectory, there won't be any "vibrancy" inside 495 in 10 years unless it exists like the projects in Cambridge: surrounded by prosperity.
