    Steve Sailer Retweeted Brian Schatz

Sen. Schatz (D-HI) is triggered by the word "sheriff" coming from "shire" and "reeve." It makes him angry that America has an "Anglo-American heritage of law enforcement." That somebody else's ancestors, rather than his, founded America just seems racist / anti-Semitic.https://twitter.com/brianschatz/status/963155714825969664 …

Do you know anyone who says “Anglo-American heritage” in a sentence? What could possibly be the purpose of saying that other than to pit Americans against each other? For the chief law enforcement officer to use a dog whistle like that is appalling. Best NO vote I ever cast.

I hear the Comanche tradition of cutting off the nose of an unfaithful wife was narrowly kept out of the Texas constitution.

Of course English Common law was/is huge influence. That is not point. It’s context of speaker here and his pointed addition of Anglo. If I am wrong about Sessions - happy to listen.

You're wrong. No listening required. Not a point of debate but a reaction that is split along lines of overall worldview.

Differing reactions to a speaker’s comments is quite often a source of debate. Of course listening is part and parcel of taking in context. Apparently alliterative big word tags do not always = knowledge.

You used lots of words to say "I don't understand what worldview means" - no amount of context will change you from "Militant Centrist" to "inhabitant of reality"; can you make a case for how additional "context" would change your mind?

Ahh. You give up. Cool. Wise choice. We use word to explain views and concepts. (I’m typing as slowly as I can). What worldview are u talking about? The one I believe Sessions has espoused is laid out pretty clear. Stick to echo chambers PeePee

I'm sorry, but if my memory is correct, our legal system is based off of British common law. And those same British people were a part of the anglophone world? Right? It's like Jeff Sessions stated a fact or something #TuesdayThoughts @HarmlessYardDog @anntensitypic.twitter.com/jdEaasfT5g

We are now visiting Hawaii for the first time. Not quite the "paradise" we expected. Not one local we have spoken to has anything good to say about Hawaiian government officials or how the state is run. It is astounding they keep electing these idiotic democrats.
