Let's start a new project to diversify Malibu. Take donations from Malibuites to flatten 25% of community for public housing & they pay for it all--they are generous and like redistribution. Malibuites are totally non-racist & will be on board with this. Can start this weekend?

But I am sure Malibu has at least a few hundred public housing units, and some Section 8 housing? Right? I mean, these are totally not racist people we are talking about, they never would be so racist as to discriminate like that. Right?

What would be wrong with bulldozering flat all of Malibu, and turning it into public housing for the disadvantaged? Those racist Malibuianites would fight that tooth and nail I'll betcha. How cold hearted and racist can they be?

Keeping out foreigners is one matter. The people of wealthy towns like Malibu don't even want young American families with children, they just "burden our property taxes"

Malibu also punishes churches that feed the homeless - NOT to discourage homeless people from hanging around Malibu though.

and I think these nice Malibu liberals are quite stupid. No one in the rest of the USA wants Cali housing policy

Last time I checked, Malibu is an 80%+ white community in Los Angeles county, a 27% white county. I say we fill it with public housing for Latinos from South Gate and El Monte and Blacks from Inglewood. It needs more diversity.
