Why not have USA take the best 50k of 9 mil Diversity Visa Lottery applicants? How stupid was Teddy to have us select at random? Harvard doesn't randomly select among high school grads. Why can't America be smart like Harvard, not stupid like somebody who buys lottery tickets?https://twitter.com/steveschale/status/958537246608633861 …

FYI: "Diversity Lottery" doesn't work how he says it works. There are education and job skill requirements, and there is an in-person interview before you even enter the lottery. In 2015, over 9 million entrants for like 50K slots.

Also, Harvard appears to only select the best people *by race,* rather than overall. On the bright side, though, this does allow other colleges to receive more of the smart Gentile Whites, Asians, and Jews than they would have otherwise gotten. In other words, it spreads brains.

Steve, if you take too much of low IQ countries' high IQ population, it's going to be even harder for these countries to develop.
