Following US Census use of terms "race" and "ethnicity," I'd suggest "race" has to do with who your biological relatives are; "ethnicity" has to do with non-biological traits usually passed on by relatives, such as language, religion, surnames, cuisine, etc. So, much overlap. https://twitter.com/liqdmetal/status/941055658937511937 …

According to Stats Can, Canada has 329,000 Jews. Very few. About 1% of pop. For comparison Canada has 3 times as many Muslims. Can’t find religion by income tables as of yet. Such stats might be controversial to say the least. Let you know if I find.
