Agree on part. Do think need semi-pro for non college material to develop skill level for pros.

The reason they want to flow them to college is simple. It's a developmental league which most of the pro leagues players come from..... They also don't have to pay a dime to upkeep this developmental league.... it's a great gig.

Understand why, just isn't working anymore. AsJosh Rosen points out
-
It's working the same as it always has. As is pointed out here from research of college football in the 1890'shttps://twitter.com/athlete4rights/status/917329554418651136 …

Rosen makes sports reporters, etc. look the half wits or liars they are. A ship of fools. “Scholar athletes”: was that Keith Jackson’s hidden sarcasm? I’ve always wondered.

College football should be nfl minor league teams. Each college gets franchise. Like Champion leagues win move up lose move down.

Change rules to 3 subs per quarter max w/ 15 yard penalty for more than this. Means players have to stay on the field rather than standing around. Would change demographics of game to favor stamina more and thus fewer West Africans which by itself is the SAT problem.
-
Players would play offense, defense and special teams--all 3 ways.

Wonderlic b/f entering college. Paid semi-pro/sandlot for those who do not make the Wonderlic cut-off. College for those who make the cut-off.Both groups still have an avenue to the pros.
