Pretty much exactly mirrors test scores of ~40 years earlier. Billions spent on schemes to raise "disadvantaged" IQ have made no difference.

That is a not entirely implausible hypothesis, but I don't find it very convincing. Another hypothesis that is at least as plausible is ~~

I've read the theories of Ogbu and others. They don't reflect reality. They are merely attempts to shore up a dignifying myth of equality.

Reasons: 1) personal experience, noticing how dumb some people are; 2) study: the gap is discernible by the age of two, too early for Obgu.

The gap just becomes more obvious in year-graded classes as the years pass, until it becomes obvious to the children themselves.
