In the article where it publishes the memo, Gizmodo explicitly says that the formatting was altered and that charts and links were omitted.

This means that, *at the very least*, they knew there was links and graphs in the original document and could have asked for the full memo.

But I actually think it's more likely they messed up the formatting and removed the links and graphs themselves.
