      In US, Red States have inland cities that expand 360 degrees, makes land cheap, makes family formation affordable, family values appealing

          But it's also regulation, as your post shows. Obviously geography is a potential limitation, but mostly cities don't even hit it

          Outside of the CBD Sydney is extremely undense. It's a short five minute walk from skyscrapers to vacant lots and two story terraces.
