I find that incredibly difficult to believe. It certainly is less believe able than that she's simply telling the truth.

Polygraphs are an intimidating prop in the hands of hostile interrogators hoping to trigger panic attacks and confessions in the suspect. Do they have _any_ value in the hands of a questioner being paid to make the person interviewed look good, other than to persuade the naive?

"So she's been cooking up this story for the last 6 years?" That's what her husband told the Washington Post on 9/17/2018. Nobody else remembers hearing her mention Kavanaugh's name that far back, but he says she brought up K's name and her concern over him getting on Sup Ct.
