Personally, I think rather than South Africa expropriating white farmers' land without compensation like Robert Mugabe did in Zimbabwe, they should instead follow Nelson Mandela's policy of only expropriating land for fair compensation. But then I'm an extremist wacko, so ...

If the South African government needs more revenue to pay just compensation to white farmers for their land, they could simply raise taxes on rich South African businessmen, such as Cyril Ramaphosa (net worth $450 million) and his pal Nicky Oppenheimer (net worth $7.6 billion).
