Orwell's "Appendix: THE PRINCIPLES OF NEWSPEAK", 1984: http://orwell.ru/library/novels/1984/english/en_app … If your conceptual vocabulary includes "white privilege" it's easy to remember "Emmett Till" and vice-versa. If you don't know "Tawana Brawley" it's hard to grasp "hunt for Great White Defendant."
