        In Ukraine the hooligans were supported by the regular army ...As for instance the Ukrainians used a medium range ballistic missile OTR-21 Tochka to wipe out a whole Russian base in Donetsk. The Russians fired MLRS from across the border to incinerate a whole UKR battalion.
