Airport in sight. Full stop. No room at station.

I’m sure BART has called ahead and they are holding our flights.

Now back on another BART train at Colma station. Many folks looking at watches worried about airplane departures. New announcement at San Bruno: we have to stop due to train congestion. WHAT!

Many get on a bus than exit when told it will take 45 minutes to reach next BART station. But wait —that was the bus recommended by BART. Also, No fare relief; paid full price exiting station.

just canceled a S.F. Airport train at Daly City saying a power issue through Colma was the problem. Obscure instructions barked out to catch a bus. Bewildered suitcase carrying passengers stumbling around. No BART service help.
