    A majority of the US Senators voted that the former disgraced President was guilty. 57-43 Even Sen. McConnell admitted Trump was responsible of causing the insurrection and admitted Trump lost his election in a FAIR, SECURE and ACCURATE election.

    have abused their authority and are making a mockery of the Legislative process to save face. The subpoena is based on lies, conspiracy and the unwillingness to accept defeat in an election that was safe, secure and accurate.

    The Maricopa BOS is still in contempt. Senator Boyer joining the democrats to vote no on the declaration of contempt doesn't change that fact. Simply means that Senator Boyer refuses to hold the BOS accountable. He's rendered Legislative subpoenas worthless.

    It’s obvious that (SB1408) acknowledges that the State Senate doesn’t have the right to see the ballots or elections equipment. If you already have that authority you don’t need an “insurance policy”. Stop undermining our democracy.

    Saddened to hear of the passing of former West Phoenix Constable Ernesto "ET" Hernandez; dedicated to his family and his community by serving on the Phoenix Union and the Isaac School Districts, along with other community organizations. He was gentleman with a big heart. RIP.

    stop the whining; the actions of the you and others in promoting the BIG LIE of voter fraud led to floor statements urging violence against elected officials. You know that the election was safe and secure.

    First he impunes my character and then he starts calling me names! Is that the kind of conduct we want to see in our elected officials? I know that type of conduct is NOT tolerated in the Senate.

    The sanctity of the ballot and voter trust is too important to violate. We must continue to advocate for voters and their right to a secret ballot. I will never support or any other outside firm to examine a voters private ballot.

    Thank you BOS for protecting the integrity of my SECRET ballot. No negotiating. No review. No discussion. My ballot is secret and the law is clear.

    I am saddened to learn that we have lost one our Democratic family members, Barb Lubin. Barb was a straight shooter who held us accountable to protect our democracy; but she was a mentor and friend. My condolences to her husband Stan and the Lubin family. May Barb Rest in Power!
