Eat intuitively, it is your life. Reailty you need far less food then you think. Eating less & more raw vegan is best, with super foods.

How is it a political position? It's an ethical position/lifestyle.

It’s an ethical/lifestyle position when you advocate for yourself. It becomes a political position when you lobby for government action/protection.

And yet the topic of politics wasn't even broight up in this discussion. Also, humans are naturally carnivores or omnivores. We can't synthesize our own vitamin C, regulate our blood cholesterol levels, and detoxify huge amounts of vitamin A, something true omnivores do.

Read up. Fruit is recommended in moderation. Unlike grain, it's higher in nutrition, but most is very high in sugar.
