Poor men. They're more likely to commit suicide when young, take unnecessary risks in mid-life & expose themselves to infectious diseases later. If they can avoid that, all's well!

Do you think we have the choice? why do we do that ? specialization, financial exploitation, seduction role. Sex role are a balanced specialization. Hopefully we are more free today than earlier, both sex. (A dad who skydived to find a woman)

If, as Hardy states “A man's character is his fate”, so is physicality partly. Poss. men feel need to succeed more than women - who trad. just had families but less so now. So can't handle "failure" & take silly risks & get hurt, or kill themselves if can't achieve what they want
