Treason has a precise legal and constitutional definition. I don’t want to be imprecise with language.

"Cyber and the weaponization of information" is an act of war! Thus, 'treason' is warranted! Would a US citizen knowing in advance the attack in Pearl Harbor, and doing nothing, be treasonous?
