I know I should be over it, but the speed at which the organized conservative movement became the ideological home of Marion Le Pen, Seb Gorka, Nigel Farage, Dinesh D'Souza and their ilk remains shocking to me.

One thing about Le Pen and her party philosophy. They are Nationalists and Socialists. National Socialism has a very very bad track record in Europe and has no correlation with traditional AMERICAN conservatism and the vestiges of the GOP

Le Pen & her movement are indeed neo-Nazis, but like the original Nazis they are vehemently opposed to organized labor and the rights of working people, and very pro-business. Also anti-immigrant, pro gun etc. Hence the invitation to CPAC.
