  YES! To get this knucklehead from a rescue operation, I had to fill out a ton of paperwork, get interviewed on my knowledge of dogs ownership & have a freaking home inspection.(I'll NEVER forgive the dog for making me clean so much) Seems like getting an AR-15 should be that hardpic.twitter.com/VllKs8EtlW

  People are really getting confused with the "private sale" part. Yes, there are background checks on retail sales. Obviously there aren't background checks when buying from a person. Saying it's harder to adopt a dog or get Sudafed is a false comparison and not true.
