@SteveSchmidtSES Watching U on MSNBC. Displayed behind U is unfamiliar version of US flag. This flag has concentric circles of stars where they're normally arranged in rows. Only semi-similar flag I found online was Nevada's flag when it joined the Union. Would love info. Thanks!
It’s from 1895. Its a 45 Star Utah statehood flag. The pattern is called medallion wreath. The current configuration of stars wasnt mandated until 1912
