Reminds me of the movie Empire of the Sun oo the short-lived Japanese empire during WWII. John Malkovich is a fixer inside a Japanese POW camp and he says to a boy, "The end of the empire is when it gets dangerous." Great movie and a parable about the end of the Empire of Trump.
