It's good that the Reagan foundation is not allowing trump to use them. But Reagan was extremely problematic for liberals.

Even though Trump makes me wanna hug GW and Reagan, I can’t unsee the homeless crisis that unfolded in the Reagan years and dont get me started on the Iraq war. But, I never felt they were indecent men. I just felt they were misguided . Not up to the job put before them.

After they were both voted out in '94, Ann Richards & Mario Cuomo did an interview together. Cuomo said that Reagan 'made the denial of compassion acceptable'. That quote has stuck w/me to this day. In the 80s, I was a counselor for people w/AIDS & saw this attitude in effect.
