My fantasy is that Miller is sent by time machine to 1933 Germany; applies to join the Nazi Party; is confused and saddened when his application is rejected because he is Jewish.

Should be “glass”. In the south you have a “glass of tea,” a drink connotes alcohol. But very good otherwise.
