There is a huge difference between military soldiering & tactics vs. home turf peacekeepers.
In the former, there is an "enemy" vs. us mandate.
In the latter, at home, we are all on the same side.

The military doesn't like to push back on it's civilian leadership because of our history of not having the military involved in politics (which is great) Hopefully the general's speaking up in the last for days is a positive sign...1
