Armed Paramilitary forces patrolling Washington DC without insignia or markings with their faces covered is an outrage against American liberty. It is a grotequerie. It should be denounced and condemned. They must be identified. There must be oversight. This is dangerous.

Do DC Police know who they are? If DC Police know who they are they're obligated to tell citizens if they must comply when unidentified men give them an order. How are citizens supposed to know if these people have any authority or are just some gang of heavily armed men?
